The Inner Child Healing Journal

RESOURCES TO

At Untangled Minds, we believe that therapy-informed knowledge shouldn’t be reserved for the therapy room. That’s why our first major project together as therapists was The Inner Child Healing Journal — a guided journal that merges our expertise in trauma, relationships, loneliness, and suicide recovery into one accessible, self-paced resource.

This journal isn’t just about writing; it’s about discovering, processing, and rebuilding. It reflects our shared mission to bring healing to those who might never walk into a therapist’s office, but still need a hand to hold through their inner work.

Beyond the journal, we continue to share bite-sized therapy-inspired insights on Instagram every day and dive deeper into meaningful conversations through our podcast, The Untangled Minds Podcast available on YouTube and Spotify.

These platforms allow us to respond to common themes that show up in our sessions and in the wider community—from navigating triggers to healing attachment wounds.

In the future, we hope to expand our work into broader contexts, including collaborations with organizations and workplaces seeking to support emotional wellbeing through trauma-informed learning and practice.

CIRCLE TO

Healing happens in many forms—and sometimes, it looks like sitting in a room with others who are learning to untangle the same knots. Our Self-Healer Workshops are our response to the need for more interactive, therapist-led spaces outside traditional therapy.

These aren’t group therapy sessions — they’re interactive workshops designed to feel like a cross between a psychology class and a safe, supportive conversation. Hosted by therapists, Nur Adam and Ron Yap, each session explores a topic central to emotional healing.

Our current focuses are on exploring the Inner Child, nervous system regulation, and understanding the voice of our inner critic. As our community grows, we hope to be able to explore a wider variety of areas from self-worth to relationships, and even emotional regulation tools.

Launching in September, these Workshops will run twice a month and are crafted to be both experiential and practical. You’ll walk away with insights grounded in psychology. With tools to support your mental wellbeing, and the comforting sense that you’re not navigating this alone.

Whether you're just beginning your healing journey or looking for a space to deepen the work you’ve started, our Self-Healer Workshops are designed to help you move forward—gently, intentionally, and with others beside you.

SPACE TO

Nestled in the heart of Singapore, The Untangled Minds Space is where intention meets atmosphere. Inspired by the concepts of sanctuary and nature, we designed our space to feel grounding, warm, and calm.

While we envision it as a hub for healing, the space is versatile and open to events of all kinds. We currently offer two therapy rooms and a main event space, each designed with comfort, light, and mindfulness in mind.

Though the space is an extension of our therapeutic mission, it’s also a way for us to support the wider wellness and creative communities in Singapore.

Whether you're a coach, facilitator, creative, or just someone looking for a beautiful space to host your next event, we welcome you to reach out and explore how our sanctuary can be your canvas.

Bookings can be made through our venue rental page, and we’re happy to provide more details if you need support bringing your event to life.

Connect

COMMUNITY TO

At its core, Untangled Minds is about connection — and not just between individuals, but across a broader movement to de-stigmatize mental health in Singapore and beyond.

This is our invitation for you to be a part of something bigger: a growing circle of people who care deeply about emotional wellbeing, who want to learn, grow, and advocate together.

Through our private community channel, members can receive first access to upcoming workshops and events, reflection prompts and resources, podcast drops, and thoughtful insights to support their healing.

This community isn’t just about updates — it’s about momentum. By creating a space to keep these conversations alive, we hope to build a collective voice that can shift how mental health is viewed across Southeast Asia.

Whether you're a long-time advocate or just starting to explore this work, we welcome you to join us. Stay informed, stay inspired, and stay connected — your next step is just a click away.
